A worthy object of support by the public this evening is the camp concert whioh is to bo held at the Town Hall. As is generally - known, concert parties are regularly taken out to Trentham Ca'nip to brighten up the social side of military life, and when these were first •inaugurated'private citizens lent their cars for the conveyance of the. parties. Enthusiasm in that- direction has since waned, and ways and means have now to be found for financing tha conveyance of Hie concert parties to the camp, a matter of something like it'2s per month. With/ this end in view, the camp concert in the Town Hail to-ni»ht lias been' arranged. Their Excellencies tho Earl and Countess of Liverpool, Brij?adierGencr.il Sir Alfred Robin, and the Mayor and Mayoress will be present. The camp band will enliven the proceedings, heading the performers- who are coming in from camp to'assist. i
