The Waiwetu Golf Club on Saturday held their monthly silver button competition (bogey) for men. -Tie competition resulted in a win for G. A. Wilkes (15), who finished one down, G. P. Judd (12) coming 6ocond 'with 3 down. A match will be played at Waiwetu next Saturday against Karon: The following team will represent Waiwetu:—A, W. Glonnie, A. G. Jones, G. F. Judd, J. M. Dawson, H. E; Girdlestone, and G. A. Wilkes.
