CHARGE AGAINST A SWEDE for using language defamatory to His Majesty tho King, which was regarded as obscene, a man named Charles Bikkwold, claiming to''bo a. native of Sweden, was brought before* Mr. L; G Reid, S.M., yesterday morning.
