NAVY LEAGUE FUND. ' In addition to amounts haaded in .to the president, iiie Navy League desires to acknowledge further donations to the Sailors' Dependants' Fund, from Eastern Harbour residents (first instalment, ;E250) and the Miramar Golf Club (.610 10s.). A second remittance of ,£SODO is about to be cabled to the Navv League Emergency Committee at London, through tho High Commissioner. • It is proposed to close the fund on July 15, and all outstanding lists are being completed by that date. ■ _ , THE MAYOR'S FUND. COMMERCIAL TRAVELLERS' ART UNION. The Commercial Travellers' Club art union in aid of the dependants of sailors who lost their lives in the North Sea Battle, was drawn last night, and the results are advertised in this issue. Tho total amount collected was £190, all of which goes to the fund for Distressed Dependants of -Sailors who lost their liros in the North Sea Battle.
