SUNDAY CONCERT

The Professional Orchestra, under the Tiaton of Mr.- Herbert Bloy, gave another of their popular Sunday concerts at His Majesty's Theatre. last ovening. Tho programme opened with the overture, "Mignon" (Thomas), -which was very well bandied by tho orchestra. - Tho,overturo is rnado up principally of excerpts from the opera, the story of which is based upon an episode in Goethe's "Wilhelm Meister." A very well-played piece was the suite, "Casse Roisctte" (Tschaikovsky), which consisted of March, Danse Knsse, Danse Chinoise, and Valiso Des Fleurs. Verdi's fantasia; "Othello," rondered by tho full orchestra, .-was a number of oonsiderablo interest, as was also a molody by Rubinstaifl, which followed it. The pTeludo from "Siberia" (Goirdano) was cxcollontly troatoil, and Hcrold's overture, "Zampa" was an Interesting concluding item.
