Under-Secretary of State for War, will become Secretary for Scotland, Mr. M'Kinnon "Wood (the present Secretary) taking the Chancellorship of the Duohy of Lancaster and the Secretaryship of the ■Treasury., fit has already been announced that the Earl of Derby has been appointed Under-Secretary of State, for War. Mr. Tonnant's now appointment carries. an additional- .£SOO a year, with full Ministerial rank.] i
