Association was held this evening to consider what action should be taken in regard to tho issue of licenses for the coming season, in view ,of the fact that there were resolutions on tho hooks restricting the granting of licenses to those riders and drivers who had offended in the matter of starting before their time. After a lengthy discussion, the resolutions previously passed were rescinde, and. tho following motion was moved: "Should any rider or driver who was called off once during the season 1915-16 be called off once during the season 1916-17 ho shall receive a caution, and 'should any rider or driver who was called off more, than once during the seasou 1915-1G be called oft'' during 1916-17, his license shall bo automatically suspended, and the Licensing Committo shall report the circumstances to the-association and its next meeting in order tliat tho case,may bo further dealt ■with. That if any rider or driver who was not called off during the season 191516 is called off more than once during'' the season 1916-17, his license shall be atitomaticallv suspended*, and the Licensing Committee shall report: the circumstances' to the association in order -that the association, may deal further with the matter."
