Laing applied to select Section 21, Block IV, Kaitoke, 103 a, approximately, and it was resolved to grant Section 22 subject, to tramway rights required. W.'G. Wise applied to select Section 2SG, Raetihi SnWba,. 6 acres 26 perches, and it was resolved to ■proclaim under Section 4 of the Act and allot it to tho applicant at a price to bo fixed by Ranger. G. L. Brett applied to select Section 29, Hall-Jones Settlement, 1 acre 3 roods 21 perohes, and it was.resolved that tho application be granted.
