A parade of. the Wellington. Company Railway Engineers tools place, on Thursday flight .and was well' attended,' Captain Dawpon, 0.C., being in ' ehftTge. Working parties, under Lieut. Watson, were, instructed in engineering, the .van-, oiis movements being carried out with alacrity and precision, all members taking a keen interest in their work, A signalling 'class, under Lieut. Jl'Queen, of the. Railway Territorials, was formed and proved most successful. At the conclusion of the' parade a hearty vote of thanks to the instructors' was passed.
