George, on behalf of the WM.C.A., will show a large • number of lantern slides and moving-pictures, illus- ; hating the .work the association is doing among <tho and the life and conditions of the men in camps ,111 .Egypt. Owing to requests for reserved accommodation,'it .has been decided to reserve about 1000 seats at the nominal, charge of Is. These will be available till 7.45. Mr. A. W. Kerry will preside at the organ from 7.30 to 8 p.m.- A collection will be taken and the total proceeds handed over to. the. Mayor's Navy League Fund for assisting the Navy widows and orphans. It is intimated in connection with the collection that subscribers to the Navy League Fund may, if they wish, put cheques in the boxes at the hall,'and the same will:be duly published and acknowledged.
