Skouloudis; and has summoned M. Zaimis. It is understood that M. Zaimis will form an entirely new Cabinet. . STATEMENT BY M. SKOULOUDIS (Ecc. Skouloudis (the retiring Premier) declares that his resignation was not the result of tho Entente's pres rare. His Ministry did everything possible, but the situation in rerard to tho Entente was impossible.. It is understood that the Entente Powers will present demands when M. Zaimis completes the task of forming his Cabinet, but these will possibly be modified if the Ministry is more sympathetic to the Entente. A GREEK NOTE TO TH'E TWO AMERICAS. It is reported from Mitylene that all German officers and non-coms, entrusted with the defence of the coast of Asm Minor have been recalled to Germany.
