FORECAST AND SUMMARY Present indications are still threatening. Expect strong westerly winds northward of ; Now Plymouth and Napier, and southerlios predominating elsewhere shortly. Cloudy and unsettled , weather with rain probable generally. Barometer unsteady. Very low prossnre continues everywhere, tho cyclonic disturbance still lagging on the West Coa6t and v apparently joining an extensive westerly low pressure system. This has liad neutralising effect on the weather. High, .westerly winds have ruled in the far north, but variablo breezes have been experienced elsewhere.
