Mr. Justice Hosting, a case arising out of the Annesbrook motor aiid train collision, in which two of'the occupants of the car were killed, was concluded. Frank Rupert Hallnm, driver of the enr, standing bis re-trial on a charge of manslaughter. The accused was acauitted.
