RECENT.. BIG'EVENTS. By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright Sydney, June 21. Admiral Matsumara, commanding the Japanese Squadron, says there .is no' doubt in Japan as to who won, the naval battle at Jutland. Referring to the Russians, he said that they fight wonderfully if they possess plenty oi ammunitiou, and Japan is a huge arsenal for Russia. He did not think the Japanese gunners were helping them; they were only there for instructional purposes. Tho Admiral expressed the opinion that Germany was at the . bottom of Mexico's declaration of war on America.
