The committee of the Navy L'eag'ue ii : ' issuing a direct appeal to the whole .community, and we-.have been asked to draw attention to the fact that as the envelopes are being addressed from lists of citizens extracted, from the directory, copies -may, and doubtless will, reach some who have already sent in their contributions direct; tbis is not intend-!
