All hay or oat or wheat straw threshed or untliTeshed, now standing on a farm or other promises in bulk in Great Britain is requisitioned by tho Army Council, and it'may not bo sold or removed without application to the district purchasing officer. Farmers and' stockbreeders aro authorised to use the normal ' quantity of hay or oat or wheat straw in their possession for consumption-by stock'in their possession or control.
