Attention is drawn to the subdivisional sale of part of Mr. Hira. Parato's estate, at Vv'aikanae. In all, about 166 acres will be submitted by public auction in (Haiti on July 19. "Tho estate is subdivided into three lots, one of 16 acres, and," state tho auctioneers, "all of tho .richest Tiver deposit. Tho property is surrounded by magnificent karalta trees, many trees of this variety growing on the section. The balance of the estate is subdivided into two farms of about 75 acres each. Tho soil is all rich warm loom, each section having a nice patch of Native bush and tho benefit of a permanent stream. The climato at Waikanae is of the very best in New Zealand, being well sheltered by Kap.Hi Island. It boasts of an excellent beaoh, which is handy to Waikanac."
