After costly efforts the enemy reached the summit of Mount Lemerele,'but were dislodged by counter-attack. North-west of Asiagd we advanced between Frenzela Valley and' Marcesina. We progressed at the head of the Frenzela Valley, heights of Mount Fior, Custolgomberto, and west of Marcestina. On tho right wing tho Alpine troops took the positions of Malga, Fossetta. and Mount Magari, infiioting heavy losses on tho enemy, taking 203 prisoners, 6 guns,' J machine-guns, and much material. At Carnift and Isonzo artillery activity is in progress. Hostile aircraft bombed Padoa, resulting in three killed, eight wounded. Yesterday an air squadron dropped 160 bombs and 6000 arrows on enemy encampments north of Asiago and Nos Valley, bringing down Wo hostile machines.
