PATRIOTIC ART UNION

Seven bronze statuettes of the late Earl Kitchener (2), Sir J. .Tellicoe, General Sir Louis Botha, arid th'ree others, 'presented by members of tho Commercial Travellers' Association, are offered as prizes in a patriotic art union.

The secretary of the art union (Mr. A. J. Carlton) uavantees that the . entire amount collected will be cabled home to the dependants of the heroes of the North Sea .Battle, no deduction being made whatsoever.

The statuettes are faithful reproduc. tions of their subjects, and should'-be sought after for their sentimental value. At present they adorn the window of Messrs. Stewart Dawson and Co. Tickets are being sold at Is. each. .Books of 20 (or single tickets) can lie obtained from the secretary. Box 200, Wellinton. The are union will be drawn at 8 p.m. on July 10.
