M. Sclinsky, a gifted violinist, has been giving' a series ol' recitals in Melbourne. At ono of tho latest ho played the Mendelssohn "Concerto in E Alinor," the finale of which was played very well indeed. by Miss Scapini at-the Dufault recital 011 Monday- evening. Mr. Frank St. Leger,. who accompanied Melba to America, was tho accompanist.
