. VFORECAST AND SUMMARY ' AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications arc for strong- north- ' crly winds, cloudy and misty weather, with rain following, in many parts of . the country. The barometer has 'a falling tendency. North-east gales still'persist in tho extreme north, and moderate to strong northerly winds have ruled elsewhere. Barometric pressure has decreased slowly in tho southern districts,, but is still much above normal generally. Dull weather has been experienced in most parts of tho Dominion. E. V.
