CUNAED AND C. AND D. LINE. By Telegraph-Press Association--Copyright (Rcc. Juno 14, 6 p.m.) London, June 13. A provisional agreement has been signed, which provides that the Cunard Steamship Company shall purchase tho wholo capital of the Commonwealth and dominion Line for ,£501,811 in Cunard ordinary shares, .£364,000 in 5 per cent, preference shares, and £1,000,000 in new 6 per cent, second preference shares.
