SCARE ARTICLE IN LEIPZIG NEWSPAPER. By Telegraph-Press London, June : 12: The Leipzig' "Neaeste" Nachrichten" publishes a scare article on the position of Germany's family life alter tho war. It says that in 1914 (1915 ?) half the marriageable women remained singlo owing to tho dearth of men,, and suggests the imposition ■of taxes to encourage inari riage and to discourage bachelordom. All families exceeding six should bo completely freed from taxation; no unmarried official should receive an in ( salary, and each new child should , bring promotion to its father.
