WAR- ENTHUSIASM CONTINUES UNABATED.

Enthusiasm over the war continues unabated, - and there have been many further handsome gifts from .the 'native princes and others in support of the Red Cross and other funds. The Maharajah of Bikanir has given 21 lakhs' of: rupees («C15,625), as a King's" Birtli<hy gift for such object as His - Majesty the King may decide. ; The citizens of Calcutta aro raising' to maintain fifty motor ambulances in France. The production of munitions increases every week. The entire native Press deplores the death of Lord Kitchener, whose services are eulogised. Speeial memorial services will be held throughout India on June 1 13 (to-day).
