Act, 1908, and its Amendments, and in oxercise of every other authority and power enabling it in that behalf, resolve that from and after the making of this Special Order Fennel is a.nd shall bo a noxious weed within the City of Wellington, being the area within the jurisdiction of' tho Wellington City Council."
