FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are fc)r variable breoies, moderate to strong westerly ■winds predominating, with, fair ■to cloudy weather. . Little movement .of the barometer at present, but a fall--ing tendency is expected shortly. A. small depression passed in the south during the night, with changeable and Bhowery conditions, but an improvement has taken place to-day.
