ALL-FOR-EMPIRE LEAGUE
To permit of other important arrangementß beiof? concluded prior to its first general gathering, the committee for tho All-for-Empiru League has decided to postpone the meeting announced for to-night until Thursday, June 15. and to chance the meeting place from the Commercial Travellers' Club-house to tho Chamber of Commerce, Oustomhouso Quay, 'so as to per' mit of the largest possible attendance o! members. The meeting would have been hold in tile Concort Chamber of the Town Hall had the latter ' been available, but, being otherwise engaged, the committee has had to fall baek upon the Chamber of Commerce as the most centrally-situated hall available. Enrolled members, and others wishing Ito join tho league, will be able ,to take part in the election of tho general committee, which ■will form part ot the business of the, meeting, on June 15 and in the appointment of the ladies committee. The objects and suggested policy of the league will bo further explained by foundation members of the league on that occasion.
