NEW INFORMATION BUREAU. Defence Headquarters issued the folloivinj: yesterday:— An information Bureau for prisoners of war has been opened in connection with tlio National Rumanian Red Cross Society. The bureau, carries out the. following duties: — 1. Transmission of correspondence between prisoners of •. war and their families. 2. Transmission of money for prisoners of war. - 3. Information Tegarilin>; prisoners of war. All requests for information should ho 'addressed "Societies Nitionala <lc Cruicc Rosie a Romaniel, Seciiunea Prisonierilor <le Rnsboin, Sfcrada J C. Bratianu, 53, Bneiiresti." A second Information Bureau for prisoners of w.'ir lias been established at the French War Office under the title of '■'.Prisoners of War. Section." Kiuler' tho. Postal Union Convention, both bureaux forward and receive correspondenco free ol' postage.
