FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.H, YESTERDAY. Present indications aro for moderate to strong northerly winds, with a falling baromotor everywhere soon. Weather cloudy and -unsettled, and rain probable in. the northern end southernmost dis> tricts, and also on tho West Coaßt of the South Island. _ Atmospheric pressuro has continued high in tho north, but a westerly low-pressuro area passed in the south on Monday night. Moderate to strong northerly ajid westerly winds liavo Tuled, with cloudy -weather generally. Showers have fallen in many parts, and considerable rain on tho West Ooast of the South Island. D. O.
