A. sale of work is to be held in St. Thomas's Hall, Newtown, 011 Tuesday by the members of St. Agnes's Guild, in aid of 'St. Mary's Homes, Karon, and tho Maori Mission. An appeal for support is made to all who are in sympathy with the excellent work which is done at the Homes. Miss Coalcs will open the sale at 3 o'clock, and there will be stalls for produce, cakes, sweets, plain and fancy work, etc.
