Consideration of the Military Service Bill in Committee, which was opened on Friday night, will be resumed to-morrow at. the conclusion of tho debate' on tha I'rinie Minister's motion to the effcct that for tho remainder of the session! Government business at all times shall take precedence over all other business, except private Bills and local Bills. AV'ien the House again goes into Committer on tho Military Service Bill, no other business will be taken -until this stage is completed. The third reading will ba taken as soon afterwards as tho forms of the House will permit. • The delivery of the Financial Statement, the preparation of which is practically complete, has been delayed by the indisposition of the Minister of Finance i'Sir Joseph Ward). No date lias yet been fixed for bringing down the Budget.
