It is proposed to immediately establish a Parliament, consisting of the present Nationalist members of the iHouse ot Commons, thus avoidiug an inopportune election in Ireland. _ Ulster is to remain nnder £he Imper< ial Parliament, unless it chooses to bo governed by its own Provincial Parliament. Mr. Lloyd George seeks to 'satisfy both parties. A chance is being lqft for bridg< in e the gulf after the war. when there will be a full settlement of the whole problem.
