At the annual conference of delegates to the Otago Provincial Council of tlie New Zealand Farmera' Union hold to-day, it was resolved: "That we are in favour of compulsory military service and aro prepared to support tho Government in any measure necessary to carry out the principle." All the speakers to the motion declared themsolves in favour of compulsion.
