Copenhagen, May 30. Herr Ballin, at a meeting of the Woermaiin Line, saitl that when the war was uncled a new commercial war would begin. Germany would have antagonists during that war who would he very strong, but wfth undaunted courage they wouM commence the great national work, knowing that the Reichstag would assist in restoring Germany's mercantilo marine.
