Present indications are for westerly to southorly winds, strong to gale, northward of New Plymouth end Napier, . and easterly to south-easily elsewhere. Expect cold and conditions, with rain probable generally and show on higher levels. The barometer has a rising tendency everywhere. A tropical disturbance has ruled, and stormy weather has been experienced, especially in the north. Sain has fallen generally and snow on higher levels.
