TRUE BILLS RETURNED BY GRAND JURY By Telegraph-PrcES Association-Copyright London, , May 25. ® special .Grand Jury has returned 'rue bills against Casement and Bailey on the treason charges arising out of the •Irish rebellion.. ■ -this is the third occasion in seventysix years cn .which a grand jury hasbeen empanelled on a treasou charge, the previous cases being, those of Udward Uxfordi in 1810, attempting'to shoot Queen Victoria, and Colonel Lynch, in 1902. ilie Lord Chief Justice (Lord Reading)' has assigned counscl for 'the .defencc and has fixed the trial for Juie' 2G.- • [Oxford nas foiind to be insane and was confined in. Byrne (Nationalist member for Dublin Harbour) asked if the Government was aware that fourteen unarmedmen, connected with the rebellion, had. been shot without trial til Dublin. The Under-Secretary for tho War Office (Mr. H. .T. Tonnant) replied that a couTt. of inquiry had bran arranged to investigate the occurrence.
