ANOTHER INCOME TAX
ON SECURITIES, STOCKS, AND SHARES By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, May 25. The Chancellor of the Exchequer (Mr. R. M'lvenna) has given notice of an additional income tax of two shillings without exemption or abatement ou incomes from stocks, shares, nnd securities, which the Treasury is willing to purchase 'to maintain foreign exchanges.
