At last night's meeting of the. Wellington Technical Education Boar.d, Mr. 15. ' Robertson, who had .been chairman for several years, tendered' his resignation, on tho grounds of ill-health. In moving a ''motion' "that the resignation be accepted with regret," Mr. 6. Frost, actingchairman, paid a high tribute to Mr. Robertson's services to the board and to technical education generally. Tho motion, which was seconded by the Hon. J. G. AY. Aitken, was spoken to bj "several other members of the board in similar strain. Mr. G. Frost was elected chairman "of the board. Mr. J: H.
