An Ajnerican shipper, who was recently in Hamburg, states that a regular TransAtlantic submarine service is being inaugurated. Tho first boat will rcach New York on July 7, and will make the trip in. twelve days, via the North of Scotland. They will be armed for defeuce only, and will carry mails, parcels post, and a few passengers. The Germans eipect five of the boats to be ready in August. Each vessel will be 450 feet long, will carry a crew of sixty, and have a speed of eighteen knots.
