POll CORPORATION EMPLOYEES,

A special meeting of tho City. Council was held .last evening to consider the demand for increased wages on the part oi Corporation (outsiile)~workers." The meeting was held in committee. The following resolution passed by the meeting was communicated to the Press: "That 10 per cent, be paid by way of war bonus on all wages as at June 1, 1915, exclusive of overtime, and also ,£ls per annum by way of war bonus to all married men iu receipt of not more than JE2OO "per annum. This resolution to tako effect from June 1, 191G, and to remain in fores during the pleasure of the council." ■
