MEETING OF REFEREES. ■ 'The annual meeting of tho Wellington liugby Referees' Association was heldlnst Monday evening at tho Y.M.C.A. Mr. Edgar Wylie presided over a fail' attendance. Theannual report records that the following members have donned khaki:— Messrs. W. Perry (vice-president), G. E.. Bradley, T. H. Jones (secietary), C. Carrad, Ivor Davey, J. M. Power, H. E. Le Cren, G.' Findlay, J. 11. Grover, C. Slattery, and R. E.„Martin. Messrs. L. Simpboii and J. A. Jones go into camp shortly. Other prominent members who have left tho City are Messrs. Con. Fraser nnd W. J. Meredith. The death of Mr. C. C. Roskrnge is deeply , regretted. The election of officers for the present season resulted as follows:—President, Mr. G. C. Facho; vice-presidents, Messrs. W. Perry and A. .Campbell; chairman, Mr. Edgar Wylie; vicc-chairman, Mr. A. C. ICitto; vice-president to New , Zealand Referees' Association, Mr. H. Paton; Man. agement Committee, Messrs.'A. M. Hunt, H. Paton, and G. Perkinson; secretary, Mr. E. B. L. Reado; representative to Appointment Board, Mr. E. Wylie; auditor, Mr. -E. A. Little. •

During the ovcning.five new members were elected, namely, Messrs. W. Francis; D. Madden, B. P. Galvin, C. P. Brocldebank, and H. Brooker. -
