Sir,—Will you kindly allow me through your columns 'to ask Jfr. T. M. Wilt rd, M.P., on what basis he arrives, at the prices of milk us quoted by him in hid speech in til© debate on the Address-in-Reply. If Mr. WiKord will do this, it will probably show to a long-suffering public who is responsible for the present high price of inil£, as the farmer is not receiving, at the present time, half tho amount that the working public are being charged by the retailer.—l am, etc., HENRI" A.
