The crews of ihe Kollga and the Bianca told the receiving ships that the submarines used great consideration, gave them ample time, nnd even allowed them to takeaway thejrbest clothes. Theßianca's captain was taken aboard the submarine because ho roturncd to the Bianca to get the_ ship's papers, and was nearly drowned. It is believed that two more German steamers have been sunk. • A German firm in Stockholm lias been instructed to keep all steamers in port. .4 British submarine torpedoed a German steamer coal laden from Lubeck for Norway, at the entrance to the /Sound. The crew was saved.
