SALVATION ARMY
A Salvation, siege is announced by tho Salvation Army, which is the Army's way of informing tho public that a revival campaign is feing conducted. The period set apart for this siego is some eight weeks, each of which will bo devoted to a special subject as: (1) Reconciliation and preparation, (2) restoration, (3) anti-drink, (4) button-holing and boinbarding, (5) Samaritan,' (6 and 7) 'young people's, (8) holiness and praise. Three weeks are already, past,. and the reports from city and country indicate an excellent response on the part of the workers— a spirit of enterprise, and a- fixed determination to achieve great victories. Commissioner Hotlder is busily engaged mov* nig up and down the country directing affairs and holding inspirational services, in which he is seconded by his staff.
