THE POLAR RESCUE EXPEDITION.
HELP PROM NEW ZEALAND. Mr. E. A. Wright, in the House yesterday, inquired if the Government intended to co-operate with the Commonwealth Government in sending a relief ship to the aid of Lieut. Shackleton. The Prime Minister ' replied that tha answer was to a certain extent in the affirmative. Cabinet had decided that along with the Commonwealth Government, ,it would do everything possible to assist in sending a relief ship, and also 'iu meeting the liabilities that had been incurred up io. the present—this was so far as the Aurora Tras concerned,
