When tho division was taken, Archdeacon Cowio was improperly excluded, tho doors boing closed too early. Tlio voting was:-—Bishops, ayes 5, noes 2; clergy, ayes' S, noes 8, laity, ayes 9, noes G. A majority of each order is necessary to carry' a motiou. Later on tho Primato admitted his mistake and said if Archdeacon Cowio pressed his vote ho would have to allow, it. Archdeacon Cowie did I not press the matter, and the former voting stood.
