Internal- affairs, despite the absolutely false stories of rebellion, mutiny, and Woodshed"which have appeared .in, ■America; disseminated by agents, ;remain perfectly satisfactory. There .is peace on the border. The huge population of India is .tranquil and not unprosperous. ■
