SUNDAY CONCERT

The Professional Orchestra gave the second Sunday. concert of their season at His Majesty's Theatre last evening. As usual with these concerts the attendance of the public was excellent, a"nd tho audience were well pleased with tho efforts of the Orchestra, under the conductorship of. Mr. Herbert Bloj. The orchestra usually shows discrimination, in the-selection of programmes, and last evening's programme was not an exception. Tho opening .number—an overture, "Oberon" (Weber) was delightfully played. "Two Slavonic Dunces" (Dvorak) were well received, while an overture l , "Robespierre" (composed by Litolff in 1850 for the famous tragedy, "Maximilian Robespierre") was played with trident understanding. Other items were "The Mill" (for strings only), "Wedding Day lit Troldhangen" (Greig), risii "March. Slav" (Tschaikowskv).
