SATURDAY'S LIST. Mr D. G. A. Cooper, S.M., presided-at Saturdays sitting of the Magistrate's Court. A sentence of a month's imprisonment uas imposed on Susan M'laughlin, who was convicted of loitering and importuning. Prink Manning was remanded on hail until Wednesday next on n charge of stealing postal notes to the value of ■£&. Isidor Mount, for whom Mr. M'Grath appeared, was charged with indecently assaulting a male. • He was remanded until Wednesday next, bail being allowed in tho sum of m and two sureties of *cb each. . , For being drunk while in charge of a vehicle, drawn by torses, Michael Francis Camck was fined 10s„ in default to undergo■ Seven days' imprisonment. Penalties for drunkenness were also imposed on Erjc Norman M'Alinclen (lined £2) and iNorah Nugent (lined £1), the alternative being seven days' imprisonment m the former case and three days imprisonment in the latter.
