Indignant rebuke vas forced from Mr. C. C. Kettle, S.M., in the Auckland Magistrate's Court by a dispute between two solicitors respecting certain notes of evidence, which it was proposed should be called in an. affiliation case. His Worship interrupted the dispute by saying-, "If you, wish to continue this Billingsgate 'business, you had bettor go into the solicitors' room and fight it out. This wrangling is unseemly." The dispute was not resumed. Wo have received from Messrs. A. S. Pntorson and Co.. Ltd.. the proprietors of the "Big Tree" brand of benzine and kero-'ene, a useful Tourist's Map of the North and South Islands. All motorists shou'id have one of these complete maps, and we understand that copies will be supplied free of charge from tho Wellington office of Messrs, A, S, Paterson and Co.. Ltd.
